One of the things that I’ve learned since I started my fitness journey is that you have to set goals, track your progress, daily food intake, and workouts. I was using a spiral notebook to jot all these things down, it worked but it looked like well a mess! fitlosophy came to my rescue and sent me their fitbook to review. The fitbook is a 12 week fitness and nutrition journal, with areas for you to write your goals, measurements, weight, food log, and workouts. It’s a handy little journal you that will easily fit into your gym bag or purse, which makes it easy to bring to and from the gym. I have started plenty of fitness journeys but to be honest never followed through and achieved the real goal. I think one of the reasons I failed before was because I wasn’t holding myself accountable for the goals I set, the calories I ate or the workouts I did. By keeping a fitness & nutrition journal I am making myself accountable for my weight loss goals.

Each fitbook comes with note pages, a tiny pen, and there is even a slot to hold your gym card. I love how there are inspirational quotes on the weekly wrap up area, and there is also a food pyramid along with the suggested servings for each food group. fitbook has helped numerous people in their fitness journey.

  5. What a great idea! I’m always looking for a way to keep my workout programs on track. I exercise in stops and starts and it gets frustrating. This looks like it would be a great motivator.
