Healthier, Skinnier Me!! Weigh-in July 7th

For all my new readers here’s a little background to my Healthier, Skinnier Me journey. On June 12, I realized it was time to do something about the extra weight I had piled on over the last year. I started to eat healthier, do weight loss challenge and start a 90 day program using hCG 1234. You can read more about all of that here.

I just realized that I started this journey to a healthier me 3 weeks ago. (June 12th) I’ve been eating a very strict diet and working out every other day, but in all honesty I haven’t taken the working out very seriously. Last night I watched Extreme Weight Loss, wow it’s pretty amazing how much hard work they put into their transformation. It was definitely an eye opener for me, that maybe if I worked out harder I’d get better results. With that being said today I will start a daily workout routine. My plan is to do yoga, aerobics and some strength training daily, I really wished I had a trainer who could tell me which exercises to do for my different goals. (well my buddy Google will probably hear from me later, as I do my research)

The group that I am doing my summer challenge with (my fitness pal group) does a weekly weigh-in on Saturday’s. So I hopped on the scale and I now weigh 11 lbs. less than I did when I started the challenge.  Yippie!! It feels good and believe me 11 lbs lighter makes a difference.

I have also moved on to phase 2 with the hCG 1234 challenge. This phase is where the strict diet comes into play, cut out all sugars, eating white meat, and healthy green veggies and fruits. So far it’s been pretty easy, I did get headaches the first couple of days as my body adjusted to the changes. It’s exciting and I can’t wait until next weeks weigh-in. I’ll share more about my exercise and eating routine later.

You really make it appear so easy along with your presentation however I to find this topic to be really one thing that I believe I would never understand. It kind of feels too complex and very extensive for me. I’m having a look forward for your next submit, I?ll try to get the dangle of it!

    Hello.
Congratulations on your decision to lead a healthier lifestyle! Losing weight is not easy and you should feel proud of yourself for every pound lost. Some weeks you will fall of the wagon, so to speak, but you’ve come to know what works for you, so don’t be hard on yourself, just start over where you left off. I have a Total Gym at home and workout everyday, even on my days off or if I don’t feel well. I only need about 10-15 minutes in the morning and I’m done for the day. The nice thing about the Total Gym is that I can work out in my pajamas, as I often do! LOL
Keep up the good work. Wishing you well.

Today is Blog Hop Saturday! You’re welcome to join the fun. Hope you can make it!
