candles {I might be obsessed!}
I love candles, potpourri and walking into a house that smells fresh, and clean. I am always looking for great deals on candles and ways to make our house look great. One of the first things you’ll probably notice when you walk into our house is, I don’t have a lot of things cluttering up the tables, shelves, walls etc. I keep it simple with a few photos here, some vases with flowers there, and candles.
I have often wondered why I am like this, my mom was the opposite with knickknacks everywhere. I have nothing against it, maybe it’s all the dusting that you have to do? I keep our house clean and tidy and I think if I had even 1/3 of the knickknacks my mom had I’d spend way to much time cleaning. It’s not that I wouldn’t want to clean them (my OCD would be in full gear and I’d have to clean each one every time I dusted) that is probably the reason I keep it to a minimum.
Anyways a month ago I was on the search for a new potpourri burner, I have 3 little crock pot types that are scattered throughout our house. The ones I have don’t have a switch to turn them off, and they use the liquid potpourri which never seems to last long. My search began. .

I love the Pod Warmer, it’s amazing!! There is a switch with a 4 hour and 8 and 12 hour setting. I picked this particular model because it goes perfectly with my mantel decor. This is definitely nicer than my crock pot potpourri burners, and its safer too! A perfect size that can be moved to a different room if you need too, I like to put it in our quest bathroom with the baby powder scent pod before having guests over. Clean sheets I use in the bedroom and the Mimosa rose is perfect for my craft room. I love this and will be getting a couple more so I won’t have to move it around.
The Wickless Candle Scent Pods are perfect. They are a solid gel and after heating up it turns into a scented liquid, and gels back up when cool. They seem to last forever, I have used the baby powder at least once a week for a month and it still looks brand new.
Changing Season Lantern Candle Holder, this was larger than I thought. I love lantern type candle holders and when I saw this one, I thought it was a great idea that I could change it with the seasons. Its made of metal and glass featuring four different metal panel designs. Leaves for fall, Christmas trees for winter, hearts for Valentine’s Day, and stars. It fits almost any size candle with the exception of votive and tealights.
The UPLIFT- Mimosa Rose Infusion Aromatherapy Scented Candle, is made with Essential Oils of Rose, Jasmine & Mimosa. All three scents are uplifting and pretty. I love the silver metal top it adds a nice classy touch.

I came across your blog from an internal portal through Gold Canyon, as I am a consultant for their company. It’s great to hear that you are enjoying your GC products! I noticed that you mentioned you had been using your baby powder scent pod at least once a week for one month and it still looks brand new. It is true that the scent pods last a very long time, but even after many hours of burn time they will always look brand new. Because they are wickless and flameless, the wax in the pod will never decrease but the scent will eventually fade. When you can no longer smell the scent in the pod, it’s time to replace it. This usually occurs after about 30 hours of use.

Great review! I know I don’t like to keep track of the potpourri pot either, the Scented Pod Warmers are very convenient.
