Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe
chicken breast or thighs (I remove the bones)
fresh garlic 1 tsp (more or less to your taste)
1/2 to 1 tsp of pepper (more or less to your taste)
1/2 tsp of salt (more or less to your taste)
3/4 cup lemon juice (more or less to your taste)
1/4 cup water
2 tsp of olive oil
baking dish with lid
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (or 350 if using a glass pan)
Add lemon juice, water, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil to your baking dish.
Whisk or mix them together with a spoon.
Add chicken pieces, turning over into the mixture to coat.
Cover and put into oven
Bake 45 mins to 1 hour.
Serve with rice and black beans, or pasta and broccoli.
