I will adhere to agreements made during our initial discussions, but I reserve the right to not review products that I feel I can’t honestly give a positive review about. I will attempt to contact you regarding my concerns, in hopes that it will help you in your next design or ” future updates” of the product.
As I state in “ALL” my pitch emails and responses to pitches made to me, “ALL” products are non-returnable. But in the case where I was not satisfied and don’t complete the review, you may have the product returned at your expense.
I strive to remain honest when conducting my reviews and hope that as a respectable company you’d agree with my terms. I won’t tolerate harassing emails or constant “negative postings” on my fan page. I will seek further actions for companies/prize winners that do this.

Giveaway Rules
Must complete mandatory entry(ies)
Must be 18 or older to enter
Limit one person per household may enter
Winners are chosen by random.org
Winners will be emailed and will have 24 hours to respond, winners will be listed on the winner’s board.
By entering any/all giveaways, here on Scattered Musings of A Creative Mind, the winners, grant us, were permitted by law, the right to use and publish (via the Internet) winner’s name, likeness, and comments without notification, review, or approval, and without additional consideration. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, EACH WINNER, RELEASES AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL TRAVEL).
